On Wednesday, May 6th, Grandview P.S. held it’s first ever “Math Night”. Students and their families were invited to come to school and play a wide variety of math-related games, puzzles and activities. Students received stickers on their Math Passport following each game and “cashed it in” for a special prize at the end of the evening.
A big thank you goes out to all the students and families that participated. It was wonderful to see the school packed with families of all ages engaged in math activities. There is no better way to learn than by learning together.
Another thank you goes out to those who donated and purchased items from our “We Bake For Change” event. Approximately $500 was raised for MeToWe’s “Adopt a Village” campaign in Ghana.
