Literacy Week (March 30-April 2) is quickly approaching and Grandview has organized a variety of special events and visitors to get students excited about literacy!

For 10 minutes once a day, each class will participate in D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read).  On Wednesday (April 1), we will hold a school-wide D.E.A.R. session for an entire period.

On Thursday (April 2), students are invited to dress as their favourite book character!

We are also holding a book sale in the hallway.  For 25 cents, students can purchase a book of their choice.
